It is hosted by a consortium of Minnesota colleges and universities (College of St. Scholastica, Duluth; Minnesota State University – Mankato; Winona State University; Metropolitan State University, St. Paul; College of St. Catherine; and Bethel University) that offer nurse practitioner and /or midwifery programs.
