Dr. Prunty serves as System Director of Nursing Professional Development and Patient Education for Allina Health across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. With leadership experience at the University of Iowa and the VHA, she co-chairs the ANA Innovation Advisory Council for Education and Communication and mentors for the Association for Nursing Professional Development. Dr. Prunty contributes to healthcare advancement through her roles on the Minnesota Healthforce Partnership Council and as a certified Nursing Professional Development Specialist. -

Since 2017, she has served Veterans at the Minneapolis VA's GRECC Memory Clinic and Behavioral Recovery Outreach Team while teaching at the University of Minnesota Medical School and neurology residency program, specializing in dementia management.

Dr. Brian Goodroad, FNP-BC, ANP-BC, FAANP University of Minnesota, School of Nursing
Dr. Goodroad is a clinical professor specializing in nurse practitioner education with expertise spanning clinical training, research, health policy, and epidemiology. A dedicated HIV educator since the late 1980s, he serves as Clinical Advisor for the Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center while advancing APRN practice through advocacy work, including co-founding Minnesota Nurse Practitioners and championing full-practice authority legislation.

Dr. Amelia Rooks
Dr. Rooks is a board-certified pediatrician and psychiatrist dedicated to children's mental health in Minnesota. Her research focuses on early childhood mental health, anxiety disorders, and LGBTQ+ youth healthcare, earning recognition from the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the U.S. Health Service Excellence in Public Health Award.

Dr. Austin serves as Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota's School of Nursing and Director of the Center for Nursing Informatics. Her research focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to examine healthy aging, particularly in women's health, empowering individuals through innovative technologies that support whole-person, strengths-based approaches to self-care.
